How to change my username and password in Outlook 2007 PDF Print E-mail
Before we begin
  Open Outlook 2007
  Click on Tools
  Click on Account Settings
 

Select your email account and click on change

 

Complete the “Change E-Mail Account” by completing the required fields

 

For the “Incoming Mail Sever” specify pop3.lantic.net and for “Outgoing Mail Sever” specify mail.lantic.net

 

Note that your email “User Name” is your complete email address, enter your email password

 

Tick “Remember Password”

 

Click on Next and select Finish

  Click on Close

  • Incoming mail server for non-domain clients: pop3.lantic.net
  • Outgoing mail server for non-domain clients: mail.lantic.net
  • Incoming mail server for domain clients: pop3.domainname.co.za
  • Outgoing mail server for domain clients: mail.domainname.co.za
